Getting into Real Estate in 2014, I had absolutely no idea what I was in for… But what a ride! My business partner James Garbutt took a chance on me, and I knew I had to do whatever it took to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity. The business has taught me so much about business but also about myself which has been extremely rewarding! It was an absolute grind for the first 3-4 years, working 7 days a week and 90-100 hours a week. I was so determined to succeed that I would not let anything stop me.
Fast forward 4 years, our business has grown from $30million in sales in 2014 to over $300million in real estate sales in the last 3 years (2016, 2017, 2018). Its completely mind blowing for me to even share those stats. The best part… I’m still absolutely loving every single day! I love the client interactions, I love the negotiations, I love the different challenges that each and every client presents, and I love the fantastic team of people that we have built. One of the most exciting things about our industry is how much opportunity there is within it. Yes, sales is the majority of what I do but am now currently working on a couple renovation and building projects and one of my long term goals is to develop multi family buildings!
