Buying a home is an emotional experience. It can also be a stressful one especially in Greater Vancouver! The costs of real estate in Greater Vancouver is overwhelming and as a Listing Agent you want to be as friendly, calm and accommodating as possible to put buyers at ease and provide them with all the necessary information on the home and neighbourhood. 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not allow your sellers to show the homes! Buyers want to see themselves in the home and envision how it could work for their family. Telling them about where your son lost his first tooth and where your dog used to drool makes everyone feel awkward and makes most buyers feel like its your home, not a future home for them.

 
Show up to your listings to show the home, educate buyers on the neighbourhood and features/updates of the home. This is your chance to show your value!
